ATF additive package is very versatile, it offers the ability to easily formulate high quality automatic transmission fluids, using a wide variety of base stocks. Fluids formulated with ATF additive have been approved by all of the major original equipment manufacturers for both passenger car and commercial vehicle applications. The result is a package which enables straight forward blending of fluids capable of exceeding the requirements of the major OEM service fill specifications.

Handling & Storage

When handling this product a maximum temperature of 60°C should be observed for storage, unloading and blending. However, it is strongly recommended that for long term storage the temperature should not exceed 50°C.It is recommended that it be stored in dry, clean and ventilated environment Consult material safety data sheet (MSDS) for additional handling information.

Formulations

ATF additive is recommended for use at a treatment rate of 10.2% weight for GM DEXRON® III and Ford MERCON® performance levels in suitable base stocks and viscosity improver to formulate automatic transmission fluids meeting the requirements of Allison C-4, MAN 339 type V-2 and Z-3, MB 236.81, Voith 55.6336, ZF TE-ML-05L, ZF TE-ML-09, -03D,-4D, -14C,-16M , -17C, JASO 1-A,Voith H55.6335.xx (G607), and many other equipment manufacturer's requirements.
